Our Award Winning Interior Design Service

We have some exciting news to share! We are the proud winners of the prestigious International Property Awards for Best Interior Design Private Residence for the entire United Kingdom.

To receive this accolade, our talented team of interior designers had to impress in the regional stages and we came away from the first round of judging winning Best Interior Design Private Residence for the South East of England with a 5* rating.  This honour is reserved for the highest scoring entrants only and is the mark of distinction that qualified us to go through to the national competition and win the coveted United Kingdom title!

The Design

Our Head of Design and accredited designer with the Society of British Interior Designers, Gill Surman, was delighted with the win. It was a wonderful project to manage in every aspect – the property, the client and the brief.

After presenting two different style concepts, with accompanying mood boards, our client opted for ‘contemporary glamour’. “The neutral palette of colours allowed us to dial up the opulence with elegant materials and gilded accessories. The muted backdrop also allowed us to weave in the client’s wish list: blush pink; petrified wood and the slogan ‘always everyday”.

Finishing Touches

As well as the above, the brief also required our team to incorporate existing items of furniture, utilise ethically-sourced products for soft furnishings and upholstery, and source new bespoke furniture. The result is a calm, restful family home that radiates luxury and provides a suitable environment for all, including the client’s three grown-up children.
